I believe that a mother is Goddess for all human beings. She deserves time for self-care to rejuvenate her body, mind, and soul so that she has full power to create and nurture the world, all lives, and all things.
In Thai culture, the mother is the child's first Goddess. Even though she never asks for anything in return, it's our moral to do our best to give back for her greatness. We always are grateful, thankful, and respectful.
I provide holistic self-care programs for busy mothers who need simple, fun, and effective self-care in action to improve their overall health and well-being. They are designed for busy mothers in all stages of their motherhood journey with step-by-step, practical action and affordable through yoga, Ayurveda, and mindfulness.
